THE POSITION

Regulatory Affairs Project Manager 

RegASK is a digital platform, using artificial intelligence for augmenting regulatory research. Our technology routinely monitors, anticipates and reports updates or changes to relevant regulations, providing instant alerts. Our platform also allows us to zero-in on applicable regulations to identify and analyse any gaps in the compliance of a product.

RegASK is currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Project Manager to join a growing global Regulatory Affairs team. Reporting to the Head of RA (dietary supplement), you will be active in delivering regulatory assessments for food and food supplements in link with internal and external experts. You will collaborate with a team of Subject Matter Experts working in other RA areas such as Cosmetics, Animal Food and Consumer Health.

In this role, you will benefit from the mentorship of highly skilled experts and you will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

Reporting to: Head of Regulatory Affairs

Responsibilities: 

  • To lead and execute projects with clients, external partners and internal stakeholders (80%)
  • To act as technical regulatory expert within the Regulatory team: you will write reports based on clients’ requests for your countries of expertise (20%)
  • To deliver, coordinate and/or review technical reports, presentations and other client’s deliverables from other experts worldwide (60%)
  •  Provide ad-hoc coaching to experts
  •  Evaluate experts’ expertise and provide systematic grading
  • To detail regulatory outcomes of the above assessments during teleconference or in face-to-face meetings with clients (ad-hoc)
  • To monitor regulatory news in target countries, feed internal alert system and release monthly reports (15%)
  • To identify internal areas of improvement (processes, tools, etc) and propose best practices to the team (5%)

Requirements: 

  • Relevant degree in Life Sciences / Food / Food Law or equivalent
  • Min. 10 years experience related to responsibilities including regulatory compliance of food product formulation, labelling, claims, advertising, registration processes, import/export requirements, contaminants/microbiological/pesticides aspects
  • Detailed oriented and able to handle regulatory information and submissions with high degree of accuracy but as well to create effective and lean powerpoints
  • Skilled in human interactions within multicultural teams, including ability to challenge other experts when deemed justified
  • Has experience managing several countries projects in APAC, Europe, US or LATAM projects
  • Good track record on Project Management
  • Enjoy working for innovative companies in challenging and demanding environment
  • Ability to plan multiple priorities concurrently
  • Able to interact efficiently with senior audiences
  • Organized, analytical and result-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Manufacturing company experience
