POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and maintenance. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce system while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and integrate Salesforce with other systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across sales, customer service, marketing, and finance functions. The Senior Salesforce Specialist will report directly to the Operations Lead.


Key Responsibilities: 
  • Salesforce Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce systems to meet business needs, including workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, marketing, and finance teams to align operational goals and maximize system efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and improve sales and revenue operations processes using Salesforce capabilities.
  • System Integration: Enable seamless integration of Salesforce with other tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, etc.) and ensure data flow across systems.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics tools.
  • Project Management: Manage system updates and projects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to end-users on Salesforce best practices and support troubleshooting efforts as needed.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and maintenance
  • Technical skills:
    • Expertise in Salesforce customization (e.g., workflows, dashboards, reports).
    • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, gong, SalesNav, outlook, etc.).
    • Familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools within Salesforce.
    • Experience using Jira for project management is a plus.
  • Soft skills:
    • Excellent communication skills; must be a native English speaker.
    • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Work experience in a multinational organization is highly desirable.
    • Proven track record of optimizing sales/revenue operations processes through Salesforce solutions.
Remote Work Details:
  • This role is fully remote; candidates must have access to reliable high-speed internet and a conducive work environment.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira) is essential.
