THE POSITION

• Responsible for the daily accounting operations
• Responsible for the full set of accounts and ensuring timely and accurate periodic financial close and reporting
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
• Responsible for the preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis
• Liaise with creditors and debtors when required
• Perform any other task as assigned by the Accounts Manager

• Minimum Degree in Accounting/or any equivalent qualification
• Preferably minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
• Meticulous and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or NetSuite ERP accounting software will be added bonus
