POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Lead to build and scale RegASK's global partner ecosystem and accelerate indirect revenue growth across Pharma, Life Sciences, Regulatory Consulting and Technology platforms.
You will develop high-impact alliances that generate pipeline, drive enterprise adoption and expand RegASK's presence across the regulatory and life sciences ecosystem.
This role combines strategy and execution to turn partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes. It is ideal for a builder who enjoys creating programs from the ground up in a fast-growing AI SaaS company. This position reports directly to the CEO/Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development
- Define RegASK's global partnership strategy
- Identify and recruit high-value partners across Pharma and Regulatory ecosystems
- Structure joint commercial models and strategic collaborations
- Develop strategic alliances across:
- Regulatory consulting firms and CROs
- Life Sciences technology platforms
- Data and intelligence providers
- AI and workflow technology partners
Revenue & Go to Market
- Build a predictable partner-generated pipeline
- Contribute to the generation of new ARR through partnerships
- Enable co-sell motions with key ecosystem players
- Drive partner-led and co-sell opportunities with Sales & Marketing
- Ensure strong activation, onboarding and performance tracking of partners
Strategic Alliance Management
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partner accounts
- Develop joint business plans and growth targets
- Track partner performance and optimize revenue contribution
- Build trusted C-level relationships across partner organizations
Market Expansion
- Expand ecosystem presence across key EU markets
- Represent RegASK at industry events and strategic forums
- Identify new vertical and geographic growth opportunities through alliances
Qualification & Experience:
- 10 or more years in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel, or Ecosystem roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships within Pharma, Life Sciences, Digital Health, Enterprise Software or SaaS
- Proven ability to generate revenue through partner channels
- Experience managing global or multi-country partner ecosystems
- Strong exposure to EU and US markets, with ability to travel as needed
- Strong strategic thinking with commercial execution capability
- Executive-level relationship management and negotiation experience
- Experience structuring complex partnership agreements
- Ability to operate effectively in high-growth or scale-up environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
